Mongolian Hunnu Rock band THE HU have released an official video for “Warrior Chant,” a March single from their third album HUN (Better Noise Music), and locked in a 23-date UK and European headline tour with Skáld as special guest.
Band member Galaa said the track leans on the group’s signature horse-gait rhythms, with horse-head fiddle solos, Mongolian wind instruments, and heavy traditional percussion. Vinyl variants of HUN begin rolling out September 11 in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, expand across wider Europe on September 18, reach the UK on October 9, and a box set is due later in October.
The European run opens September 29 in Glasgow and continues through early November with stops in London (O2 Academy Brixton), Berlin, Paris, Brussels, Warsaw, and other markets — nine countries in total. THE HU said the new setlist is built for energy and a refreshed stage production after co-headlining with Apocalyptica and joining the Rob Zombie / Marilyn Manson Freaks On Parade U.S. trek.
HUN’s digital track list opens with “Warrior Chant” and includes “Lost Soul” (with Nothing More’s Jonny Hawkins on the digital edition), “The Men,” “Echoes of My Father,” “Shadow,” “Horsemen,” “Greed,” “The Real You,” “Grey Hun,” “Universe,” and “Second Face.”
