DragonForce have announced their tenth studio album—and first self-titled record—due March 19, 2027 on Napalm Records, and unveiled the new single “Hunger Of The Beast” with a live performance video.
Produced by Jens Bogren and recorded across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Sweden, Dragonforce features newly united lead vocalist Alissa White-Gluz alongside vocalist Alessio Garavello, with longtime members Herman Li, Sam Totman, Gee Anzalone, and Alicia Vigil, plus new addition Billy Wilkins on rhythm guitar. Garavello is covering the male vocal role while previous lead singer Marc Hudson temporarily steps back due to an ongoing tinnitus issue. White-Gluz became the band’s first frontwoman in spring 2026.
Herman Li said the tenth album is approached with the same weight as a debut—“a piece of art that’s going to be frozen in time”—and framed the set as unlike prior DragonForce releases. White-Gluz called the new blend of speed and ferocity “refreshing and exciting” ahead of live shows.
This fall the band also launches its largest North American run in more than two decades: the Inhuman Rampage 20th Anniversary Tour across 22 cities in November and December, with support from Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire. Sets will include front-to-back performances of 2006’s Inhuman Rampage—the album that spawned the platinum-selling “Through The Fire And Flames”—plus never-before-played cuts such as “Cry For Eternity” and previews of the new album.
