South America’s biggest festival brand has set its 2027 bills. On Thursday (October 8), Lollapalooza Argentina, Chile and Brazil unveiled lineups led by Travis Scott, Charli xcx, The Killers and David Guetta, with Queens of the Stone Age and The Neighbourhood also on the main stages at all three events.
Dates and venues
Argentina and Chile run in parallel from March 12 to 14. The Argentine edition returns to the Hipódromo de San Isidro in Buenos Aires, while the Chilean edition, which marks 15 years since it became the first Lollapalooza outside the U.S., is back at Parque O’Higgins in Santiago. Brazil follows a week later, March 19 to 21, at São Paulo’s Autódromo de Interlagos, also celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Brazilian event.
Beyond the headliners
The shared international core includes Fontaines D.C., Sombr, The Prodigy, Raye, Lola Young, Geese, Dominic Fike, Malcolm Todd, Cage the Elephant, Slayyyter, Adéla, Four Tet and Leon Bridges. Each country then layers on its own local talent. Buenos Aires adds Tini, Dillom, Un Poco de Ruido and Usted Señalemelo; Santiago brings Ana Tijoux, Javiera Mena, El Cuarteto de Nos and Alex Anwandter; and São Paulo features Mochakk, Rodrigo Amarante, Criolo, Nação Zumbi and Amaro e Dino, alongside international acts such as Sammy Virji, Ninajirachi and The Avalanches. Brazilian outlet g1 reported that 16 artists on the São Paulo bill will be making their debut in the country.
The announcement landed the same day as Colombia’s Estéreo Picnic in Bogotá, which shares Scott, Charli xcx and Guetta at the top of its bill, effectively turning March into a routed South American festival circuit for touring headliners.
Why it matters
Coordinated multi-country lineups let promoters offer artists several large paydays in one trip, which in turn makes it easier to land global names for a region where touring costs and currency swings are significant. Tickets for all three Lollapalooza editions are already on sale through the festivals’ official ticketing partners.
After a 2026 cycle headlined by Sabrina Carpenter, Tyler, the Creator, Chappell Roan and others, the 2027 slate leans on a mix of rap, pop, dance and guitar music, aiming for the broad audience the Lolla brand has built across the continent.
