ADÉLA’s debut studio album PRIMA has opened at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums charts dated September 19, and at No. 4 on the Billboard 200—the highest entry for a full-length debut studio album this year.
According to Luminate figures reported by Billboard, the set earned 56,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the week ending September 10. Album sales account for 31,000 of that total, including 12,000 vinyl copies.
The 22-year-old Slovakian singer-songwriter first drew wider attention in 2023 on Dream Academy, the competition that later launched KATSEYE; she was among the earliest contestants eliminated. She released “Homewrecked” and “Superscar” in 2024, signed to Capitol Records in 2025, and issued the EP The Provocateur before PRIMA.
On the Hot 100, album cut “Ain’t in LA” climbs 57-30 for her first top 40 hit, while “Nicole Kidman” debuts at No. 45. The Top Album Sales top 10 that week also featured Ariana Grande’s petal deluxe push, Beyoncé’s B’Day anniversary reissue, and MONSTA X’s The Phase.
